1. Are you a manufacturer or merchant exporter?

We are a merchant exporter working with a network of certified and audited manufacturers. This allows us to offer competitive pricing, consistent quality, and reliable export services across multiple product categories. All partner factories follow international compliance standards for global markets.

2. How long does it take to receive a reply to our inquiry?

We respond to all international buyer inquiries within 24–48 working hours (Monday–Friday). Our export team monitors emails, WhatsApp messages, and website inquiries to ensure fast, reliable communication.

3. Can we get a sample before placing an order?

Yes, we provide product samples for quality verification.

Some samples may be chargeable depending on customization.

Sample cost is refundable upon confirming the bulk order.

Courier charges are paid by the buyer.

4. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product, material, and customization level. We support low MOQ for:

  • Amazon FBA sellers
  • Shopify & eCommerce brands
  • Startups & small businesses

5. Can we customize our own designed bags or products?

Yes, we specialize in OEM & ODM manufacturing. You can customize:

We require your design sketch, artwork, and specifications to begin production.

6. Can we mix products in one order?

Yes, mixed-product orders are accepted as long as the total order meets the overall MOQ.

7. What is your production lead time?

Standard lead time is 20–25 working days after:

  • Order confirmation
  • Advance payment
  • Sample or artwork approval

Lead time may vary based on customization and order size.

8. Can you communicate in multiple languages?

Yes, we communicate in English, Hindi, and Urdu. All export documentation is prepared in English.

11. Can we track our order progress?

Yes, we provide tracking details:

  • Tracking number (air/courier)
  • Bill of Lading & vessel information (sea freight)
  • ETD & ETA updates

12. What happens if our order gets lost or damaged in transit?

Shipments are sent with tracking and can be insured. If lost or damaged, we help you file a claim and compensation is processed as per the logistics/insurance policy.

13. How do you handle our personal and business information?

We follow strict data privacy standards. Your information is never shared or sold. All communication and documents remain confidential.

14. What are your payment terms?

Air Shipments:

  • 50% advance
  • 50% before dispatch

Sea Shipments:

  • 30% advance
  • 70% against B/L copy

Accepted Payments:

  • Bank Transfer (T/T)
  • PayPal (small orders)
