The export process begins once we receive your purchase order and all product specifications such as size, material, design, color, quantity, and packing requirements. We confirm:

• Product details and customization (if any)

• Total quantity and pricing

• Mode of transport – air freight,by road or sea freight 

• Estimated production lead time

• Applicable payment terms

After mutual confirmation, we share the proforma invoice (PI) for your review and approval.

Our standard production lead time is usually 20–25 working days upon:

• Final order confirmation

• Receipt of advance payment

If your order is very urgent, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to adjust our schedule and fast-track production where possible. As a responsible exporter of eco-friendly jute and handmade products from India, we always balance speed with quality.

Quality Check & Packing

Quality Check & Packing

Once production is completed, our team conducts a thorough quality inspection. If the buyer requires a third-party inspection, it can be arranged as per the buyer’s requirement; however, all inspection-related expenses will be borne by the buyer:

• Checking finishing, and overall product quality

• Verifying quantity, size, and design as per the confirmed order

• Ensuring eco-friendly and safe packing suitable for international shipping

Products are then packed in export-worthy cartons or bales as per buyer requirements to minimize damage during international transport.

Logistics, Shipping & Delivery

Logistics, Shipping & Delivery

For logistics and dispatch, shipping and delivery, we coordinate with reliable freight forwarders to ensure that your goods are shipped safely and on time.Our logistics process covers:

• Booking cargo space for air shipment, road transport or sea shipment

• Arranging transportation from factory to port/airport

• Preparing export documents (invoice, packing list, etc.)

• Coordinating with CHAs (Custom House Agents) for customs clearance and export formalities in India

We keep our buyers informed about the status of the shipment and share all necessary details once the goods are dispatched. Our goal is to ensure smooth export logistics and timely delivery of jute bags, handicraft items, and eco-friendly products.

Usually our production lead time is 20–25 working days upon order confirmation and payment receipt. If the order is urgent, buyers are requested to inform us in time, and we will try our best to meet the required schedule.

Payment Terms

Payment Terms

We offer secure and flexible payment options suitable for international trade. Our main mode of payment is direct bank-to-bank transfer (T/T). The payment structure varies depending on the mode of transportation: For Air Transportation (Air Freight)

• T/T 50% advance payment as deposit at the time of order confirmation

• Balance 50% payment to be made before shipment.

For Sea Transportation (Sea Freight)

• T/T 30% advance payment as deposit at the time of order confirmation

• Balance 70% payment to be made against B/L (Bill of Lading) copy

This structure is standard in the export industry and helps ensure security and clarity for both the exporter and the importer.

Small Orders & Sample Orders

• For smaller transactions or sample orders, we also accept payments via PayPal. This is especially convenient for new buyers or small trial orders who want a quick and secure way to pay.

Documentation & Compliance

As a professional exporter of eco-friendly products from India, we provide all the required export documentation, which may include: • Commercial Invoice

• Packing List

• Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill

• Certificate of Origin (if required)

• Any other documents required by the buyer’s country

All documents are prepared carefully to ensure smooth customs clearance at both the origin and destination ports.
