Our office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Monday – Friday) except public holidays, national holidays, etc.

Sure. If you are interested in our current products, we can offer a sample for you to inspect.
When you place the order in future, we can refund this sample charge. You only have to pay the cost of the courier. However, some product samples are not free.
Our MOQ depends upon the type of products you choose from our collection, but for the customized order, we can also accept small orders on specific categories. This is quite suitable for the Amazon seller, Ebay seller, Etsy seller, Shopify seller or another small seller or starter.

Sure. Usually, we will ask you to provide detailed information about the bags, such as designed sketch, material, size, etc. For customization there should be minimum order quantity (MOQ).

Usually our production lead time is 20-25 working days upon order confirmation and payment receipt. If the order is very urgent, inform us in time and we will try to meet your request.

Yes, you can track your order progress once it has been dispatched. Each order has a tracking number that shows exactly where your order is and when it will arrive.

All orders are send by tracked courier / shipments and if one is lost we can claim a refund.

We do not give / sell any of your personal data / information to anyone without your consent / permission.
However, we cannot take the responsibility if the data is hacked, stolen or attacked by viruses, spywares, spammers, etc. as technology is beyond our control.
We mainly accept direct bank to bank transfer payment.
For air transportation : T/T 50% advance payment as deposit, the balance paid before shipment.
For sea transportation : T/T 30% advance payment as deposit, the balance 70% paid against B/L copy.
We also accept payments through PayPal for smaller transactions.
